Frequently asked questions
How do I check when my domain expires?
Enter your domain on our homepage. We retrieve live expiration data from the official registry via RDAP/WHOIS protocols.
My payment was declined. What should I do?
Verify your card details, ensure sufficient funds, and check that your bank allows international transactions. Contact your bank if the issue persists, or try an alternative card.
How long does DNS propagation take?
Most DNS changes propagate within 15–60 minutes. In rare cases, it can take up to 48 hours depending on TTL settings and ISP caching.
Can I renew a domain registered with another registrar?
Yes. If your domain is managed elsewhere, you can either transfer it to Renovarix or renew it through your current registrar. We display your current registrar so you know exactly where your domain is held.
How do I enable auto-renewal?
After renewing, go to My Domains → select your domain → enable Auto-Renewal. Ensure a valid payment method is on file.
