1. 30-day money-back guarantee
Renovarix offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on domain renewal purchases. If you are not satisfied with your renewal for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. No questions asked.
2. Eligible services
- Domain renewals — Full refund within 30 days
- WHOIS Privacy add-on — Pro-rata refund if cancelled within 30 days
- DNS Management — Included free; no separate charge
3. Non-refundable services
- Domain transfers — Registry fees are non-refundable once the transfer is initiated
- Redemption fees — Charged by the registry; non-refundable
- Premium domain renewals — Subject to registry non-refund policies (disclosed at purchase)
- Services used after 30 days — Renewals older than 30 days are non-refundable
4. How to request a refund
- Email billing@renovarix.cloud with your domain name and order reference.
- Alternatively, submit a request via our Contact form selecting "Billing & Refunds".
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Partial refunds
If you purchased a multi-year renewal and request a refund within 30 days, we will refund the full amount paid. After 30 days, multi-year renewals may be eligible for a pro-rata refund of unused years at our discretion, minus a $5 administrative fee per year.
6. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks filed without first contacting support may result in immediate domain suspension pending investigation. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account termination.
7. EU consumer rights
EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive for distance contracts. Our 30-day guarantee exceeds this minimum. To exercise withdrawal rights, contact billing@renovarix.cloud within 14 days of purchase.
