1. Agreement to terms
By accessing renovarix.cloud or using any Renovarix service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and Renovarix Ltd. ("Renovarix", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales.
2. Services provided
Renovarix provides domain name renewal, DNS management, WHOIS privacy, and related domain services. We act as an accredited registrar partner and facilitate transactions with official domain registries. We do not guarantee availability of any specific domain name.
3. Account registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at security@renovarix.cloud.
4. Domain registration and renewal
Domain registrations and renewals are subject to the policies of the applicable registry and ICANN. By registering or renewing a domain, you agree to the relevant registry agreement. Renewal fees are charged at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and may change with 30 days' notice.
5. Payment and billing
All payments are processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. You authorize us to charge your payment method for services ordered. Failed payments may result in service suspension. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Renovarix services to: distribute malware or phishing content; send unsolicited bulk email (spam); infringe intellectual property rights; engage in illegal activity; or violate ICANN's Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP). We reserve the right to suspend domains that violate these terms.
7. WHOIS accuracy
Under ICANN policy, you must provide accurate WHOIS contact information and keep it updated. Providing false information may result in domain suspension or cancellation. WHOIS Privacy services do not exempt you from this obligation — your true identity is retained by Renovarix.
8. Intellectual property
The Renovarix website, logo, and platform are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Your domain name and website content remain your property.
9. Limitation of liability
Renovarix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Domain disputes
Domain ownership disputes are governed by ICANN UDRP and applicable registry policies. Renovarix will comply with court orders and UDRP panel decisions. During a dispute, we may place the domain on hold as required by policy.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as stated in our Refund Policy.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
13. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice via email or website notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes affecting existing services will not apply retroactively to paid renewals.
